3. You must be able to prove Siri was listening to you.

If you cannot show that Siri was actually listening to conversations that it should not have, there will be no money for you, even if the court approves the settlement and you live in the United States.
Just having a device with Siri that could have accidentally captured speech it should not have is not enough.
Sounds like you might get $20 even if you are eligible, whereas the lawyers stand to take home almost $30 million.
