iPhone 13 Pro Max camera stopped working as it should

I took a picture today on my iPhone 13 Pro Max when the camera frame suddenly froze. I restarted my phone because it would not unfreeze no matter how many times I restarted the camera app. Upon restarting my iPhone, it gave a non-genuine part alert for the camera, despite this iPhone never having had any repairs or replacements before. When I restarted my iPhone again, the warning went away, but now the camera would not act normally. When trying to take a picture, the option to take a .5x zoom photo would not show up as seen included in the attached video. However, it did show up in the video camera mode but would not allow me to select it. It would act as a base model iPhone would but still having the same zoom on each camera lens except for the ultra wide lens (1x-5x for the main, and 3x-15x for the telephoto)
