My Macbook pro 2020 screen shows red lines horizontally on the top and bottom when watch videos on safari on YouTube on full screen It does not do the same on chrome and even when I watch on video player on my laptop.

I would use what works better. Not sure what else to say about this anomaly...
you can try a SafeBoot Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support will sort many anomalies
Does a quick disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled temporarily.
Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.
In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

I dont know if this helps it started happening after the mac os upgrade to 15.3.2 and I think it only happens on YouTube because I used rumble and nothing happened
