Until recently streaming music has always paused when I started or received a call. The same thing happened when I used the microphone for dictating (f.ex. a message or google question).
I'm using an iPhone 15 pro with ios 18.3.1. My wife has the same problem on her iPhone X with the latest update.
I thought I was a decent Googler but here I am unable to find a solution myself.
Can someone here please help?

PROBLEM SOLVED (kind of)!
I ended up finding the solution myself. The phone has nothing to do with the problem. Normally I only stream music to the Denon receiver of my audio system. I just replaced an old receiver with a new model. It turn out the receiver is the culprit. It continues the playback even when the phone is buzy.
When streaming to a bluetooth speaker in an other room - everything works like a dream.
