I believe this is since the last 2 software updates! I have noticed that when I am looking in the Find My app, it is not updating according and accurately. Shows several minutes last updated and spins. Never been live.

Try a Forced Restart on the phone.

Yes iPhone using app. I restarted and actually did a factory reset. Doesn’t work
