• MDM (Mobile Device Management)
• Having a work or school email address or login on your device

If you are sure it is not of these post again and other causes can be explored. However, it has nothing to do with iOS 26.3.

Find My works perfectly after download of iOS 26.3 and Mac Tahoe 26.3 on my devices, and presumably on millions of others (or the forum would be swamped with reports), so you need to troubleshoot your issue.

Can you explain what “not working” means? Can you not locate objects or people? Or is it some other way it isn’t working?

I do have 2 emails on my contact info, none of the other 2 things, yes I could turn it back on. I can assure you that the update had something to do with it, as I spent an hour with my cell provider to get mine working, updated my wife’s phone last night, did nothing else, and the same thing happened. Maybe coincidentally, but it happened. Thanks.
