Color changed everything that should be red is now pink.

I have a MacBook Pro, M1 chip, OS Sequoia 15.3.1. While babysitting grandkids this morning, the youngest, one-year-old started tapping on buttons while I was distracted for a few minutes. Everything that used to be red in color is now bright pink. It has affected everything that I try to open. I can't find a setting to change it back. Is there a way to revert or restore everything to get it back to the way it was a couple of hours ago.

They may have managed to turn Accessibility options on. Namely, a color blindness filter.

System Settings > Accessibility > Display

Check to see that the Color Filters slider is off, and that Display contrast is at Normal.

If not that:

System Settings > Displays

Has your choice under Color profile been changed?

That was it, Kurt!!! I opened the accessibility, then display, then scrolled down to color filters and toggled it to off and that fixed the problem. Thank YOU, Thank YOU!!!

Amazing that a one year old managed to get to that particular setting by randomly clicking things.
