iPhone 15 Pro does not recognizes USB-C Mics, CarPlay or Macbook

Recently, my iPhone 15 Pro stopped working with Apple CarPlay (connected via USB), my MacBook no longer detects the iPhone, and my BOYA Omic C and Fifine microphones connect but don’t capture audio. Has anyone had a similar issue and managed to fix it?
