iPhone screen is frozen

So my iPhone XR screen and I can’t touch it won’t work I been trying for years the same thing it did work so I did what everyone say to do is restart it by doing a force restart by quickly pressing and releasing the volume up button, then the volume down button, and then holding the side button until the Apple logo appears the apple logo did not appear let I did it for over 10 minutes hold so I need help now I really want to used it

If you have tried a Force Restart of the iPhone and are sure that you have performed the Force Restart correctly, then you need to make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store to have the device examined by Apple. They will explain your options.
