Is there a way to know if someone is on another call during an iPhone call?

Hi everyone,

I am curious if there's s any built in feature on iPhone that indicates whether the person I am calling is currently on another call or has Call Waiting activated. I am looking for a way to know in advance if the recipient might be busy or already engaged in a call, as this information affects my communication and trust.

Does anyone know if there’s a hidden setting or any workaround that can show this? Or is it something that’s simply not possible with the current iOS design?
