The error code (1109) with the additional identifier 06B4.0000 typically occurs during an iPhone restore process and is often linked to connectivity or compatibility issues. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve this:

1. Check Your Cable and Port:

- Use an Apple-certified Lightning cable or an MFi-certified third-party cable.

- Avoid using USB hubs or adapters; connect directly to your computer's USB port.

2. Switch to a Different Network:

- This error can occur due to network issues. Try connecting your computer to a different Wi-Fi network or use a mobile hotspot.

3. Update Software:

- Ensure that iTunes (or the Apple Devices app on Windows) is updated to the latest version.

- Update your computer's operating system to ensure compatibility.

4. Disable VPN or Security Software:

- If you're using a VPN or firewall, temporarily disable it as it might interfere with the connection to Apple's servers.

5. Try a Different Computer:

- If possible, use another computer to perform the restore. This can help rule out issues with your current setup.

6. Contact Apple Support:

- If the issue persists, it might be a deeper hardware or software problem. Contact 👉 Official Apple Support so that they can provide further assistance.
