Apple Music With Verizon Phone Plan

I get 1 subscription of Apple Music as part of my Verizon phone plan. I factory reset my phone and can't log into Apple Music because Apple sees me as still being logged in to the pre-reset phone. How can I have Apple "log me out" of the pre-reset phone so that I can log into the post-reset phone? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Apple Music I just got the new iPhone 14 pro and I am having trouble getting into my Apple Music. It says that I’m logged in but it is also saying I am not in a plan but I am in fact in a family plan. How do I fix this?
