iPhone 16 dictation malfunction in Messages app
iPhone will fill in message box with TV dialogue even though I have not turned it on. Annoying to have to delete huge box of text one character at a time. No, Voice Control is not turned on.

Please Force Restart your device.
Also, double check if Voice Control is off or on: Settings > Accessibility > Voice Control.
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Accessibility Shortcut. Now make sure Voice Control is not selected. (It should not have a blue checkmark next to it.)
