How can I prevent a hacker from accessing my new iPhone 16?

I had an iPhone 12 Pro Max. A hacker took over my Apple ID. I couldn’t change anything. Apple apps were missing, even the App Store app and the Support app. I decided to get a new phone, new phone number and a new Apple ID. The hacker has gotten into my new iPhone 16! In less than 24 hours!! I have filed Police reports. I’ve gone to the Apple Store numerous times

No one seems able to help me.

Im growing very weary of this.

Please help.

You must have used the same Apple ID password, or it is someone you know. iPhones cannot be hacked for all practical purposes, and even Apple IDs can be hacked unless you have been tricked into entering your Apple ID and password into a scam site, then approved to 2 factor authentication code.

I do believe it’s someone I know. Everything I used was totally different. It’s starting to scare me. I’m a wanna be photographer. Sold some stuff. This person is taking my photos, I do believe this. How do I stop it?

I also mistakenly bought a developer’s iMac. Apple does not show this device on my account. Neither does it show my iPad nor my watch.

I think it’s more than the Apple ID.
