Why is my Fitness app not tracking steps and distance on iPhone 16 Pro?

My fitness app is not tracking my steps and distance in my iPhone 16 pro I tried all way , by removing app , change setting , no use . Any one can help what caused the issue and how to resolve .. your help will be appreciated
