Apple return policy (Australia)

I was just wondering if anyone on here has personal experience with returning Apple products in Australia

I’ve read Apple has a 14 day return policy. Where you can return an item you have opened and used and still be able to return it for a full refund within the 14 days.

I just want to make sure that is accurate ?

I’m thinking about purchasing an iPad Pro and a Magic Keyboard, but i’m not 100% sure they will be suitable. I would like to know that I could return them for a refund if I needed to.

I would really appreciate if someone could confirm this for me. :)

Hello!

This Support Article is from the Apple Website, with the region set to Australia: Returns & Refunds - Shopping Help - Apple (AU). Check out the “Return Items” section.

If I were you, I would ask the employees in the store when buying the products, for further confirmation.

Have a great day!
