Does iPhone 16 have inherent bluetooth issues

Is the iPhone 16 having the same bluetooth issues as the iPhone 16e, i.e., stuttering when playing music, losing Bluetooth connection? I recently purchased and have had nothing but problems with our 16e phones. Spoke with Apple Technical Advisors and they stated, they are aware of the problem but have no solution. I am considering returning the 16e phones and purchasing either the iPhone 15 or iPhone 16 depending on finding an iPhone that does not have a defect like the 16e. I think the issue is the new C-1 cellular chip and not software. I am hoping both the 15 & non-e 16 phones may be immune to this issue if the C-1 chip is the culprit. Does anyone know? And should I exchange for the 15 or 16 model?
