How do I fix iCloud Keychain issue with passwords on my iPhone 16 Pro Max?

paSwords don’t save correctly and also wants to create a new password every time

Saved passwords not visible after iOS 16 upgrade. iCloud Keychain is enabled. After updating my iPhone to iOS 16 several days ago, my passwords were visible for a day or so (up until yesterday) but no longer are visible. iCloud Keychain is enabled (and always was). Is there a way to get these back?

iCloud Keychain stopped asking to save passwords!! My iCloud Keychain isn’t asking to save new passwords or update passwords and when I manually update or save new ones they are not there also it doesn’t even act as if any are saved there is no drop down bar
