why iPhone 16e is not appearing on apple website as a part of 16's family or on the first page of the website; and i have to look for it ?

Go to Apple's website, tap on iPhone. It's right there in the lineup of iPhone 16 phones.
Also on Apple's home page if you scroll down to the IPhone lineup and scroll to the right, it also shows it there.

No, it's not going to be discontinued soon. It was on the home page of Apple.com for a couple weeks as it was just released, but it's a brand new model and is clearly shown when you click on iPhone and Compare models. Apple won't discontinue a brand new device after just a few weeks, so you have nothing to worry about.

You may have a point there, but I don’t know why they would suddenly discontinue a month old device.
Yup but technically every new product campaign I think would last more than month on the platform heading every time
