Can I still request a refund for an accidental VPN subscription purchase from Apple?

I accidentally bought a VPN subscription and forgot to cancel it. I requested a refund, but I’m worried since I had a refund two years ago I don’t want it to seem like I’m abusing the system

Yes, you can still request a refund for an accidental VPN subscription purchase from Apple by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com and following the steps to request a refund. 


Here's how to proceed:

  • Go to Apple's Report a Problem page: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com. 
  • Sign in: Sign in with the Apple ID associated with the purchase. 
  • Select "Request a refund": Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund". 
  • Choose the reason for the refund: Select the reason for your refund request (e.g., accidental purchase) and click "Next". 
  • Select the subscription: Choose the specific VPN subscription for which you want a refund and click "Submit". 
  • Wait for Apple to review your request: Apple will review your request and may take 24 to 48 hours to process it.
