Hello! From an IPhone 13 Pro Max perspective, you will gain a lot of benefits if you upgrade to an IPhone 16 Plus. Like improved battery life, lighter phone, better cameras overall, newer design, faster charging, Apple Intelligence and longer software support.
But there are several things to consider too:
1. You will lose the Promotion display in the 16 plus
2. You will lose the 3rd telephoto camera for zooming in further in the 16 plus
3. The IPhone 17 series will launch in this fall with Promotion display and other benefits
