Parental controls on my iPhone 14 Pro hang after updating to iOS 18.3.2

Hey all!

I use parental controls to restrict my kiddo’s usage on their iPad. After the latest update, I intermittently cannot enter the Screen time settings for my kid’s profiles from my iPhone.

Steps to reproduce

iPhone:

Settings -> Family -> Evie (child’s name) -> Screen time.

Tapping the “Screen Time” menu causes the Settings app to freeze and be unresponsive. The app ultimately crashes.

If I enter the Screen Time settings on their iPad, then attempt to access the Screen Time settings on my iPhone, it will work.

This seems to be some sort of connectivity bug in parental controls with iOS 18.3.2 on my iPhone and 18.3.2 on their iPad.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? It always seems to occur when we first come home, and the iPads reconnect to our home WiFi.

Just an update for everyone. I cannot enter this screen in the kid’s iPads either. It hangs indefinitely and fails to respond. It doesn’t crash the settings app, it just won’t allow you to tap anywhere else. You can close the app. I’ve attempted to access the screen after rebooting the iPads, but this does not seem to make any difference.
