hey i found an apple watch on the ground at school wanting to take the previous owner activation lock off but i don’t know them how could i do that?

Sorry, but only the previous owner can disable the Activation Lock for the Apple Watch, which can also be done via the iCloud Account over the Web:

You should bring the watch to the nearest Lost & Found, the owner is probably already looking for it, using the Find My app.
