Hi ! I purchase an apple watch from a guy last month but he had forgotten to remove the activation lock from the watch and i lose his contact to tell him that, how can I find the owner of the apple watch to contact him ?

You have run into the activation lock on the Apple Watch. You will have to find the original owner of the Apple Watch to get the Apple ID and Password to remove the Activation Lock. There is no other option.
