How to find an Apple Watch owner, who has Find My phone activation lock?

I found this watch on the beach six months ago and have left it charge so the owner could find it and they have never removed it from their account. How do I find the owner?

You can't find the owner. Apple will not help in finding a lost device's owner.

It would be foolish for someone who lost that watch to remove it from their account. That would remove the Activation Lock and allow anyone who stole or found the watch to use it.

You've been dutifully keeping a paperweight charged.
