Possible hacker or spyware

I think I’ve been hacked. I’ve taken all security measures ie changed passwords I use two factor authentication I’m enrolled in Verizon Protect and follow all security suggestions I use a vpn but oddly enough a certain person always knows my whereabouts it’s really uncomfortable. I know they know they because they’ve slipped up a few times and made comments about my location. I have everything buttoned up tightly. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated at this point. Thanks so much!!!!

You made sure there are no unknown devices signed into your Apple ID? See Know which Apple Account is signed in to your device at If you think your Apple Account has been compromised - Apple Support

Also make sure you aren’t sharing your location with anyone you don’t want to. Find My and location sharing - Apple Support

Run Safety Check on your device to:

Change your password
Review data being shared to others, including location.
Review who else is signed into your account.

Safety Check for an iPhone with iOS 16 or later - Apple Support

Also consider it has absolutely nothing to do with your phone.

Could have planted a Tile tracker or similar item.
They have talked to someone you know.
They are attempting to intimidate you and don't know your location at all.

Among other options for tracking, GPS cellular trackers are readily available, and are completely unrelated to your present focus. And yes, gaslighting and other options are absolute possible
