What is the Platco PR1 Bluetooth device with MAC Address B4:CB:B8?

My phone is discovering a Bluetooth device labeled Platco PR1 with MAC Address B4:CB:B8. It is registered with Universal Electronics Inc. Is there anyone seeing the same bluetooth label? If so, do you use a Ring Security Security System?
