Can I transfer contacts from stolen iPhone 6s to new Android phone?

You cannot retrieve any data remotely from your stolen iPhone 6s itself.

You can only retrieve copies of data stored elsewhere. E.g.. contacts synchronized to iCloud,, contacts associated with e-mail accounts – where the information still exists on a server, not just on the iPhone.
