How do I remove an incorrect contact name from My Card on iPhone?

Unfortunately I don’t remember the steps I took (otherwise I’d work it out myself). But one day I was messing with settings either on my phone or my Apple Watch and without really paying attention assigned one of my contacts to my suggested contact name. So now every time I call someone, they will get a suggestion to update their contact info for me with a name that isn’t mine, but a contact I have. I need to revert thisAs seen in this photo, I don’t want people to update my contact name to Abraham🥊, but a different name.
