Samimahmedsy ~ Your Face ID problem is probably due to the battery being "Unknown ⚠︎". As Apple says: "Using nongenuine batteries might also result in unexpected behavior...":
About genuine iPhone batteries
...So have that nongenuine battery replaced with a genuine iPhone battery. Then Face ID will probably become available as expected:
