I tried connecting the monitor with an HDMI cable and a HDMI to thunderbolt converter. The monitor gets detected and works fine however I am unable to utilize the Dell Display Manager to customize my layout etc. This is happening in my Mac mini M4 and Mac air book M2. The software DDPM or the firmware does not detect my monitor

Have you contacted Dell Support yet to see if this app's version is compatible with the version of macOS that is running on your Macs?
Both your mini and this Dell monitor supports HDMI. Does this app work properly with that type of connection?
Hi Dell Support is wanting me to try a display port to thunderbolt and use the USB upstream port etc. I bought an HDMI to thunderbolt adapter so the monitor works fine but I am not able to use the Dell display manager to customize my screen layout (split screen in multiple ways)
