Internet was working fine until a couple days ago and now won’t load anything.
I went to the carrier store to make sure everything was good on that end and it was. The employee said that it seems to be the phone itself. How can I fix this?

If you see SOS, No Service, or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
That employee was wrong, this is not your iPhone’s issue but rather your carrier as everything related to your cellular connection is your carrier. Go back and ask to be escalated to a senior employee or the manager.
