What do the small numbers at the top of the iPhone 16 Pro Home Screen indicate?

That’s supposed to be the time that is provided at the top of your iPhone screen on all other applications, but except it’s not supposed to show on your Lock Screen. Thus it looks like it is coming from your wallpaper, so try cropping it out of the photo then re-uploading it as your wallpaper.

Yes, like Zachyy said, you used a not very well cropped screenshot for a wallpaper. So it’s just the time and stuff from the device it was screenshotted from. As you can see in the top right corner, there’s some more icons from the other device.

Your Lock Screen wallpaper is a screenshot. That's part of the wallpaper.
