How can I factory reset an iPad after deleting my daughter's Apple ID?
I deleted my daughters ID but did not sign her out of the iPad

As seen here, that is exactly what will happen if you do not sign out of your account before deleting:
- Make sure that you sign out of all your devices to avoid issues with apps that use your Apple Account or iCloud. After your account is deleted, you can’t sign out of iCloud or turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock on your devices. If you forget to sign out, you might not be able to use your device when your account is deleted.

The next option is to try and remove the Activation Lock by submitting the proper documentation. In most cases this is the original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller.
