How do I change Siri's language back to English on my iPhone?

I tried to go to Siri, but the language button is removed. I just reset my phone and it’s still there nothing‘s changed and I don’t know what to do. It’s stuck on French. I thought that changing the language which just changed the accent whole time it actually changed the language and I feel Apple should’ve let us know that it wasn’t just a fun little thing to click. It’s another language. I don’t know what to do and I can’t talk to Siri when I need to.
