I was playing a game that I installed on my iphone called free fire and i played with a hacker and he told me that he can log into any phone photo lobrary and social media through the game id so get scared and i feel that my phone is hacked and monitored can he install an malware or spyware on my iPhone through that game? If yes how to know and how to get rid of it

Did you give this "hacker" your Apple ID and Apple ID password?
If you gave him those, he would be able to see any photos or other data that you were synchronizing to iCloud – no "hacking" skills necessary.
There are a lot more scammers out there than there are people with high levels of "hacking' skills.
If you do not trust the game app itself, you may want to delete the game from your phone, or at least make sure that you have locked down what it has access to (like your photos, location, camera, microphone, etc.).

If he really is a hacker, he may be able to hack that game, but he most definitely cannot hack your iPhone. Nor can he install any malware, spyware, you name it through an App Store app remotely. He is merely sending useless threats, and I would report him to the app developers.
None of what he said is true, he's just messing with you.
Unless your phone is jailbroken, no one can access your phone through a game.
Ask the "hacker" to send you 10-12 of your photos as proof of their claims.
Of course, the "hacker" will not reply to you.
