iPhone photo app displays wrong time

Taken some iPhone photos in Norway. Time & Time zone data correct. Photo app displays correct time.

Then next day, iPhone photos taken in Norway have Time and Time zone correct in photo data as the day before but Photo app displays them as being taken 2 hours later. Cross into Finland (1 hour time shift) and the Finland photos have correct time and time zone and display correct time in photo app.

Can I make apples photo app to display correct time?.

When you cross a border between two countries with a different timezone offset, like Norway and Finland, there may be a timely, before the iPhone adjusts the clock to the local timezone, if the cellular network ist still connected to the other country. Then the iPhone may be taking photos with the GPS location being in Finland, but with the capture time set according to the local time zone of Norway. Photos should still sort the photos correctly chronologically by the date taken, but display some of the capture dates converted to the timezone of the neighboring country.

When crossing the border between two countries it helps to adjust the clock of the iPhone immediately, before taking pictures in the other country, if the iPhone did not recognize the transition automatically.
