How can I make my Apple Watch display stay on longer?

How can I get my Apple Watch to stay on? The time only shows up for a few seconds as well as the photo I have selected. When I raise my arm with the watch on it, the time shows up quickly and goes away as well. Can I make the time stay “awake” always?

Which Apple Watch do you use?

You can set up the duration for up to 70sec, if you go to WatchApp/Display & Brightness/Wake -> Wake Duration -> ON TAP-> Wake for 15 or 70 Seconds.

I have Wake on Wrist Raise and Wake on Crown Up should be enabled as well.
