12V Charging of MacBook Air

Is it possible to charge my MacBook Air from a vehicle's 12V outlet ("cigarette lighter")? I looked on Apple's accessory page and don't see any MacBook chargers for vehicles.

I was researching this a couple of years ago for one of my organization's users. The best option I could find at the time was from Satechi as it was the only one which seemed to provide the most power to allow the laptop to charge if the laptop was asleep or powered off.

I don't have a link to the one I was looking at previously, but this may be it (there are lots of others like it online, but Satechi is a brand name I've seen recommended by some others for some years...I have no personal experience with them, but should be better than the other no name knock-offs out there flooding the market):

OWC had one, but it was physically much larger, but I'm not sure it provided any more power. I know it was a less attractive option for the particular person I was assisting....we never did purchase one.
