Presumably you refer to the new iPad A16. iPad11 is not model name used by Apple at this time.

With the sole exception of the low-cost USB-C Pencil that lacks this feature, all other models of Apple Pencil support pressure sensitivity. However, implementation of pressure sensitivity for Apple Pencil is entirely reliant upon individual Apps.

When selecting an Apple Pencil, ensure that you select a Pencil that is compatible with your iPad - as each can only be used with specific models of iPad. Here is Apple's definitive compatibility list:

Apple Pencil compatibility - Apple Support

As you will note, the iPad A16 supports the USB-C and first generation Apple Pencil. The USB-C Pencil does not support pressure sensitivity, but the first generation Apple Pencil does support pressure sensing.

Compatible third-party alternatives to Apple Pencil (e.g. Logitech Crayon, Zagg Pro Stylus) do not support pressure sensitivity.
