Depends on what you are trying to do exactly. Lightning to 30 pin adapters are used to connect Lighting devices like, yes, iPhones and iPads to devices that have a 30 pin port like speakers and docks. Is that what you are trying to connect to?

Compatible with what, exactly? It has been years since an iPhone was compatible with a 30 pin adapter. In fact, it was discontinued on iPhone after iPhone 4s, which was released in 2011.
