How do I fix my iPhone 11 Pro stuck at 24% battery?

The first time this happened to me I’ve charged my phone over night and it still stayed at 24% so when I googled that you can switch off optimised battery charging my phone immediately charged to 100% .. so after a few weeks it happened again even if optimised battery charging was already off now my phone is stuck at 24% and won’t go up and if I take it of the charger the percentage will drop fast
