Is there a way to backup my iPhone 11 with Find My app?

Waited 8 hours and have a passcode attempt left but is there a way to backup th iphone 11 with " find my iphone " app . Set th iphone 11 to backup week ago but see now that it failed. Its a 256gb device with enough space in iCloud- Would like to retain the data , how to proceed ?
