Does anyone know how to delete the AI Transcribe app from my Mac Book Pro. I can't even quit it unless I give them all my credit card information and I can't shut down my device because it's open.

I downloaded it from the Apple App Store. Someone at Apple needs to know about this company. I was having a brain freeze when I wrote the call for help. All I needed to do was to "force quit" and it freed up my computer so I could go to applications and trash the app, then empty the trash, then reboot my computer.

Restart your Mac in Safe Mode, then delete the app:
Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support
That will determine if there are additional files they may need deleting in your Launch Folders. To exit Safe Mode, you just need to restart your Mac again normally.

Deleting this App:
First, Close the App:
Use Force Quit to close this App. See my User Tip: [command + tab] Use it to Access your Mac when Something is Not Responding - User Tip
Then...
Drag the App to the Trash
Then.,,
Restart your Mac.
