Apple charged me 10€ for no reason
So I got a new iPhone and apple gave me 3 months OF FREE Apple TV and when I signed it took 10€ of my account the next minute . I made a request to get my money back, it says it’s returned but it’s not !
The offer is for new subscribers who purchase hardware, if you previously used took advantage of a trial or subscribed then you wouldn't be eligible and returning subscribers would be billed. If it was verified that you should have gotten the offer and you have in writing that you were entitled to the refund then hang onto that and contact Apple support to speak to someone further.
