i had my credit card cancelled. this is the one linked to apple for subscriptions because it was unlawfully used in a purchase transaction by an unknown entity. i tried to delete it in settings as payment option but i am unable to. there is also no prompt that comes out when i want to add another payment option. pls advise. thank you

If you have active subscriptions etc., seems Apple requires there is always a payment method available for them.
You just need to add a new card before you can delete the old one.
