There’s nothing broken with my phone the camera looks perfectly fine but when I go to take photos it just is black but works in .5 only and when I take a photo it has rgb in the bottom left and distorts my images

It looks like the camera's sensor is damaged and possibly the motherboard of the iPhone (the black except for .5). You should take it into the nearest Apple Genius Bar for a free diagnostic check.
