I always wear a case for my phone but one day there is a dot on the back glass. It looks like paint on that area is faded. Does anyone having the same issue?
So disappointed with the iPhone build quality recently.
You can show it to Apple, but all they are likely to say is it is a cosmetic issue and not covered under standard warranty. Why that smudge is there, no one could guess, to be honest.
Interesting. Did you spill a drop of a strong substance on there? Something highly acidic maybe?
Air bubble maybe?
Doesn’t the cover hide it?
I’ve tried to clean it in many different ways but it’s still there.
Also the surface on that area is not as smooth as the rest of the back glass so must be something wrong there

Yea, I asked the retailer and they said the same thing. Also, it takes 2 weeks to send it to Apple to check so I just put the case back on to cover that :)
Just wonder if anyone has the same issue.
I'm sure there may be some people who have managed to acquire some cosmetic issue with their phone. The knowledge of which, wouldn't really help you much.
