Undo “Ignore Time Limit for the Day”

I accidentally ignored my time limit for the day on an app. Is there a way to lock it down again so i’m not looking all day? Turning down time on and off didn’t work. Nor did resetting the time to current time. Or deleting the app n reinstalling. Theres's no way to get it back on. Please help.

Ignoring the daily time limit disables it until tomorrow. To regain control, you can temporarily adjust the limit: go to Settings > Screen Time > App Limits, select the app, and increase the limit by a minute. When that minute expires, the passcode prompt will reappear.

Another problem is that after I hit the ignore for 1 minute option once, it's not available anymore for the rest of the day. The app limit option feels useless to me as I can ignore it even more easily. Besides, I just need the app to be locked between certain times of the day. It's sad that Apple won't let the consumer have full control over their products :( It feels like they want us to have more screen time. Thanks anyway.
