My Background App Refresh is toggled on but certain web pages and apps freeze or suspend, then turn off and then I have to log back in again...."

These Apps may be open. So, save any information that need be, and then close all apps. Hold you finger down as you swipe up form the bottom-left corner of your screen. Then, close all of these open apps, by sweeping up quickly for all apps.

B. Perform a Force Restart:

C. Clear Space:

If Apps are stalled, then you may have little data remaining. That can stall a device. So, see if you need to clear space.

Troubleshooting iPhone Storage:
